ITINERARY
| Day 01 : ARRIVAL SURABAYA-Mt. BROMO(D) |
| Arrival Surabaya, meeting services and you will be welcomed by our staff, then discovery Surabaya City, pass by the Monument SURA & BAYA, visiting the Batik House and drive to Mt. Bromo Area. Welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel. (Depend on flight arrival time, Arrival time must be afternoon flight or before 15.00) |
| Day 02 : Mt. BROMO- KETAPANG BEACH (B/L/D) |
| 03.30 wake-up call, to start journey the Mt Bromo Sunrise exploration, by 04 wheel drive, up to Mt. Penanjakan where the best view of sunrise in Bromo area (if weather allowed). Back to cross the sea-sand and continued by horse-back pony ride to reach the first step-up-stairs, to smoky crater of Mt. Bromo. Back to hotel for refreshment and breakfast. Drive to East Part of Java, lunch and dinner at local restaurant, Upon arrival hotel Check-in and Overnight, the beach hotel |
| Day 03 : IJEN TREKKING -SURABAYA TOURS (B/L/D) |
| Midnight drive (if want to explore blue fire), start to Paltuding village, the first step-up to mt. Ijen Trekking 2-3 Hrs, enjoy the sun-rise (if weather allowed) and watch the local people to exlpore the sulphure on the back and after taking picture, trekking down back to hotel. Breakfast Box, back to hotel for refreshment, Transfer to Surabaya, visiting the Tanggulangin leather home industry village offering original product of leathers, such as bag, shoes and belt/jacket, Sidoarjo village where stop by at the centre of crackers and local-snack products, the embroidery centre, centre of Tudung and Telekung, /Moslem wear, on the way back to Surabaya. Upon Arrival Surabaya transfer to hotel for rest and Optional Foot massage of Boddy massage can be arrange (if time allowed). Overnight at hotel |
| Day 04: SURABAYA SHOPPING TOURS (B/L/D) |
| Breakfast at hotel, A full day shopping tours, visiting Old and new Surabaya City, house of Sampurna museum (Only for Weekdays), pass by the hero’s monument/ submarine monument, kya-kya china town and red bridge battle field during Independence day-war, Lunch at local restaurant and, MAS, the biggest Mosque in east java where if possible visitor can see the whole Surabaya city form the tower of this mosque. Evening City Zoo, find the Varanus Komodoensis, the KOMODO-DRAGON LIZARD, Completing tour by visiting Craft centre, Factory outlets, and farewell dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel |
| Day 05 : SURABAYA-TRANSFER-OUT (B) |
| Breakfast at hotel, free until time to transfer to airport for next destination. Entire time, short shopping at Jembatan merah grocery market can be done before terminated tour to airport. End of services. |

Bagaimana kami menguruskan tempahan anda
1. Kami menerima sebutharga anda
Bila anda telah mengisikan Borang Quotation/Sebutharga, anda akan menerima notifikasi di email anda yang anda telah berjaya menghantar kepada kami. Selepas itu, pihak kami akan menerima email anda dan kami akan membuat sebutharga kepada anda sesuai dengan apa yang anda minta dan menghantar sebutharga tersebut di email anda
2. Invoice
Bila anda telah bersetuju dengan sebutharga tersebut, kami akan emailkan invoice yang menerangkan secara terperinci seperti jumlah bayaran, akaun bank dan sebagainya. Kami juga akan emailkan kepada anda Borang Senarai Nama untuk booking bilik penginapan & booking tiket penerbangan (jika pakej anda termasuk kos penerbangan)
3. Bayaran
Apabila kami telah menerima bayaran deposit, maka kami akan emailkan kepada anda resit bayaran sebagai bukti anda telah membayar kepada kami
4. Tempahan
Jika pakej anda termasuk tiket penerbangan, kami akan membuat tempahan tiket penerbangan setelah anda membuat bayaran kepada kami. Tiket atau pengesahan tiket penerbangan akan kami emailkan kepada anda untuk rujukan anda. Kami juga akan menguruskan tempahan bilik hotel, pengangkutan dan sebagainya
5. Lawatan
Sebelum anda bertolak untuk program lawatan, kami akan berikan info-info yang berkaitan seperti; siapakah pemandu atau pemandu pelancong yang akan menunggu anda di lapangan terbang dan sebagainya. Semasa program lawatan, anda boleh menghubungi kami pada bila-bila masa jika anda mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan. Selepas anda pulang, kami akan mendapatkan maklumbalas anda tentang program lawatan tersebut untuk memastikan anda mendapat layanan yang baik dan anda berpuas hati dengan servis yang kami berikan
